Starting off with mournful singing in a snowy city, Detroit is very obviously not the sort of game that could be called happy. David Cage’s new game is visually impressive and filled with the same sort of emotive stuff you’d expect from the director.
It’s about a robot revolution, androids rising up against their human masters. It’ll have the same sort of demi-quick time events Cage’s games have been known for. It’ll let you carve out your own story, with the actions you take changing the narrative – or at least that’s the premise, as it has been with Quantic Dreams games forever.
