Like most gamers, I spent the weekend ignoring friends and family and having a hearty session of Skyrim-adventuring. Pimping out my character with enough lightning dual-casting destruction points, in a manner that would make a Sith lord jealous, I’ve been running around the fantasy kingdom, putting a zap on everybody.
But it hasn’t been smooth sailing. As much fun as the game is, there are quite a few bugs littering the landscape, and doing a quick 180 turn allows for a person to catch streaming textures unaware.
So who’s getting the most bang for their buck on which platform? YouTube poster Robbaz has posted a pretty comprehensive look at all three platforms for Skyrim, with the PC coming out predictably miles ahead of the PS3 and Xbox 360. But if you’re interested in seeing which console has the better visuals, crank the monitor up to 1080 and give the video a quick look.
