Riddick: Dark Athena is the upcoming sequel to the fantastic Xbox title “Escape from Butcher Bay”.
In this video, one of the developers walks us through a bit of the game, showing off some of the gameplay as well as how the fighting system basically works. The visuals and animations have all been completely redone and the game is looking pretty to say the least.
As much as I am looking forward to playing the new chapter in the Riddick saga, I have to say that I am just as amped about replaying the recreated version of the original that is coming packaged with the game.
If you never had the chance to play Riddick in the past, I can tell you that it is hands down the best movie licensed game ever made and an amazing game in it’s own right.
