Being a video games critic is definitely a pretty special occupation, as you are sometimes faced with a certain kind of reader that will demand blood, should you not agree with their idea of what the game should have scored.
Give a game a good score and you are obviously too generous and being paid off by the publisher, give the game a score that’s too low and it’s just a desperate cry for attention.
