By Geoffrey Tim
August 8, 2018 - 7 years ago

Logitech G Pro gaming headset review

By Geoffrey Tim
July 31, 2018 - 7 years ago

The Pro G Headset is well-made, quality headset that’s a little too singularly focused. While competitive gamers may appreciate its punchy bass and crisp highs, the mid-range performance is just adequate. Of course, preference for that sort of tuning is entirely subjective. For multiplayer gaming, it’s definitely a good set, but comes up against strong competition in sets like the SteelSeries Arctis 3 and its better microphone, and the better all-rounder in the Kingston HyperX Cloud II or Cloud Alphas.

The company wants to change all of that soon however, with several new motorcycles that range from endurance-ready behemoths to eco-friendly electric engine-driven transportation.

Logitech acquires microphone maker Blue

By Geoffrey Tim
July 31, 2018 - 7 years ago

Logitech is one of the premier accessories and peripherals maker in the PC market – selling all manner of speakers, headsets, mice, keyboards and webcams. If there’s one thing missing from that repertoire, it’s premier microphones. Logitech’s webcams and business calling solutions may all have microphones, but there’s nothing tin the companies’ line-up that includes anything anybody would really use for studio purposes. That's changing.

Five reasons why you need a drone in your life

By Darryn Bonthuys
July 27, 2018 - 8 years ago

It used to be that if you were in the park and looking for some fun, you’d literally go fly a kite. Boring, pedestrian and there was a high chance that the damn thing would turn on you and descend with the rage of an untethered children’s toy run amok. These days, we’ve got much better toys to take outside. Like the DJI Trello, which Nedbank will be offering at a cheap as chips price soon.
