Oh hi Mark 50 armour! Hot Toys has a new look at Iron Man in Avengers: Infinity War

Fast forward a decade, and the Iron Man armour is impossibly advanced, even by movie standards. With each successive appearance, Tony Stark’s gear has evolved and become more streamlined, more organic in its appearance. The Mark 50 armour may just be the sum total of ten year’s worth of scientific advancements and while you’ll have to wait until April 27 to see it in action, you can take a peek at the suit below thanks to collectible manufacturers supreme Hot Toys.

The iconic comic book brand may be known as the house of ideas, but that idea has largely been singular in the last couple of years as the publisher has relaunched comic book after comic book with several new fresh starts that have left fans fatigued and retailers angry. It’s happening yet again this year, a mere handful of months after Marvel Legacy promised to get back down to basics with the established roster of characters who had been side-lined in favour of a more diverse cast of successors.

Superman is finally getting his red underwear back

While the traditional Supeman costume was still largely intact, it had been modernised. A higher collar, more seam lines and a complete absence of the signature underoos that Superman had worn for decades. Further tweaks would be applied to the super-suit, but the red trunks would remain absent through all of these alterations. Until now that is, as Superman is finally getting his underwear back.
